Subject: "The Pool Cleaner" 2X Suction
Have had this cleaner for about a week and so far it is working out pretty good. It does not get hung up on anything, makes its way around the pool well and handles leaves very well. The turbine did bind within the
first 15 minutes on some loose pebble, but hasnt since.

Initially I was fairly disappointed with this cleaner. In my pebble pool it will not climb the walls at all. Not at the recommended rpm of 11-13 or even maxed out at 17 rpm. I spoke with the manufacturer about the problem and it
appears that I am in the minority. Most people have a problem with this cleaner trying to climb out of their pools.
Regardless, they were anxious to help me with the issue. On one occasion with some coaxing, the cleaner did climb
the wall in the shallow end. It climbed to the water line and kept on climbing, sucking in air for a good 5 to 10 seconds
before changing direction. After seeing this I dropped the wall climbing problem. Would rather it not climb the wall if it
is going to air bind my pump when it does.

After a week with this cleaner I find that it works well for me. And the good out weighs the bad.

I must say that the customer service at Poolvergnuegen is terrific. Without any prompting or extra complaining from me, they sent me two wheels with less tread. I installed the wheels and the cleaner climbs the walls great, and somehow always manages to keep from climbing out.

I gotta hand it to them for going the extra mile and resolving the issue even after I gave up on it.
