Subject:
necessity of winter cover
I live in Wisconsin - have a 28' ag pool. There are no trees with leaves around - so I don't have a lot of debris in the pool. Is it necessary to put a cover on the pool? What is the reason for a cover, aside from keeping debris out?
Thanks to anyone who may answer. KF

Safety of someone (or something) falling in the water.

No need for one if you don't have leaves, but you may have to open a little earlier since the water will get full sun. AG pools are sometimes damaged by covers.
Unless you use a safety cover, covered pools are more dangerous than uncovered pools.
